Sports Massage

Often associated with professional athletes, sports massage benefits many other people too. Basically sports massage helps you and your body feel looser, less stressed and free to move!

Dry Needling

This technique is ideal to reduce aches and pains fast. It involves inserting acupuncture needles into specific trigger points in muscles. So if you're struggling with Chronic pain and in need of relief or need to relax tensed muscles Dry needling can help you feel free to move once more!

Myofascial Release

A gentle but effective treatment to help relieve tension in your connective tissue! A lot of aches and pains can be a result of issues relating to your soft tissue and the Myofasica can explain why something in your hip may be affecting your ankle! It's the connective tissue thats helping us move around, providing us soemthing to push and pull against as we go about our activities! This technique uses gentle pressure and stretch to help relieve tension and restrictions in the tissue to get you and the fascia moving freely again!

Kinesiology Taping

Taping helps provide the body with useful feedback when you are moving, it provides a gentle decompression to your connective tissue so can be helpful when to get you to move freely you're in pain and struggling with movement or have injuries that are swollen. 

Dry Cupping

Combining the benefits from Dry Needling and Kinesiology Taping to help you release tension in the soft tissue and can provide a cue to help movements that may have been causing pain or become restricted! 

Remedial Exercises/ Strength & conditioning 

A key part to any treatment plan is what you do when you are not in the treatment room! This is where the most progress can be made so tailored advice to help supplement the work in the treatment room together is provided in each session.... this doesn't mean you'll walk out with a list of 10 exercises though!!
