Relieving Knee Pain

Clams

This is a great drill that is a heavily relied upon drill when helping any lower leg issues as its a great way to activate and strengthen the Glute muscles!!

Foam Roller

The Foam roller is a great mobility tool to use for muscles of the leg as its broad. You can use this for the Quad muscles on the front of the leg which connect to the knee. The Hamstring muscles which connect to the back of the knee. The lateral hamstring and quad muscles on the outer side of the leg and even the adductors on the inside of the leg!

Crab Walks

This is a great drill that helps to strengthen Glute muscles but also works muscles of the hip and knee which helps to stabilise the knee!

Relieving Achilles Tendonitis 

Calf Raises 

This is a great drill that is a heavily relied upon drill when helping any lower leg issues as its a great way to load the tendons of the calf!

Toe Towel Grab 

A really simple drill to help target those forgotten about muscles which help bullet proof your lower limb!

Self release with a Mobility Ball 

This tool can be used anywhere on the body but I am a big fan of using the mobility ball to target the calves as its great to get those tight spots and help provide relief!!
