If you need to cancel your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time then a 100% fee or the equal cost of the appointment booked must be paid. Payment will be taken from the payment method provided on the account.
If you have an appointment booked with us and experience any symptoms (including but not limited to fever, fatigue, new dry cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or loss of smell or taste, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea) please contact us immediately. We will rearrange your appt free of charge. This is to help keep you and our community safe and well.
If the reason for a late cancellation or no show is not due to the above our normal cancellation policy stands.
If the clinic or therapist needs to cancel the appointment there will be no fee.
